Digital, Broadcast TV, Retail, Communications, Print, OOH etc.Vision: The Immersive & Interactive Layer for Every Screen & Surface Flam aims to redefine how consumers interact with ads, content in every shape and form, retail aisles, live broadcasts and fan moments - turning content and interfaces into shoppable, shareable experiences that deliver measurable ROI. Flam has raised a $14 million Series A round led by global technology investor RTP Global with participation from Dovetail and select others bringing the total funding to $22 million.The next phase of growth is to accelerate R&D on its app-less GenAI infrastructure that lets brands create, publish and measure high-fidelity MR, 3D & Digital experiences inThe same infra already powers advertising for Google, Samsung, Emirates and hundreds of global enterprises & agency powerhouses.Key Focus Areas: Product Roadmap:Upcoming releases include GenAI-driven 3D asset generation, Democratising MR deployment at scale, Enterprise Suite of Products across Industries, and Infrastructure for broadcasters and fan engagement. Geography:Funds will support new enterprise pods in North America, Europe and the Middle East while deepening Asia operations. Partnerships:Flam will expand its partner program for creative studios and global platforms, enabling Fortune 500 brands to move from pilot to rapid global roll-out.Key Responsibilities:1.Accounting & Financial Reporting Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely book closure. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Streamline and manage consolidation of group entity accounts. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, internal controls, and best practices. pliance & Statutory Filings Ensure timely payment and filing of statutory compliances, including: TDS PF, PT, and other payroll-related compliances Manage and oversee ROC compliances, including: Annual filings (AOC-4, MGT-7, etc.) Event-based filings Coordinate with external consultants for income tax, tax audit, and transfer pricing matters. 3.Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP) Oversee AR functions, including invoicing, collections, and aging analysis. Manage AP processes such as vendor payments, reconciliations, and expense controls. Coordinate with vendors and resolve payment or reconciliation discrepancies. 4.Cash & Treasury Management Monitor weekly and monthly cash flows and working capital requirements. Optimize cash utilization while ensuring adequate liquidity. Support banking relationships and manage payment processes. 5.Audit & Tax Coordination Coordinate and support statutory audits, tax audits, and transfer pricing audits. Ensure timely closure of audit observations and implementation of corrective actions. 6.Key Skills & Competencies Financial Consolidation Strong proficiency in MS Excel Working knowledge of US GAAP and IND AS Hands-on experience with Zoho Books Strong analytical, compliance, and stakeholder management skills 7.Experience Requirements 8+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting Prior experience in a Big 4 firm preferred
