Job Title:Chief Manager / AVP - Treasury Experience Required:5-7 years Location:Mumbai, MaharashtraRole Overview The Treasury Mid Office professional will be responsible for ensuring accurate trade validation, effective Treasury Reporting, Covenant compliance, and strong operational control across treasury processes. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with hands-on experience in treasury operations, risk monitoring, and process optimization.Key Responsibilities 1. Validation & Reporting Validate all trade bookings and ensure accuracy of deal entries. Prepare and publish daily Treasury MIS reports. Manage covenant compliance requirements and ensure timely submission to lenders. Implementation of treasury software and input data upon completion of deal confirmations. 2. Operational Control & Borrowing Dashboard Oversee daily cash management activities and ensure smooth functioning of banking infrastructure. Validate all deal confirmations and coordinate with counterparties where required. Maintain Borrowing MIS and monthly balance confirmations from banks. Send Book Debts statements and Covenant Compliance Certificates to lenders within stipulated timelines. Ensure adherence to all ROC compliance requirements for new borrowings and loan closures. Monitor lender payments and ensure timely execution of resets. Prepare and circulate Lender Data Packs to all lenders on a quarterly basis. Facilitate execution, administration, and record-keeping of final loan documentation. 3. Process Improvement Identify gaps in treasury operations and implement enhancements to streamline processes. Optimize data management and reporting workflows to improve accuracy and efficiency. 4. Risk & Compliance Management Monitor daily investment positions and ensure alignment with approved investment limits. Support adherence to internal controls, risk frameworks, and compliance standards.Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (advanced functions preferred). Understanding of risk reporting, investment compliance, and treasury operations.Qualification & Experience Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in Treasury Mid Office or Treasury Operations. Education: MBA, CA, or any equivalent postgraduate qualification in Finance.
