About the RoleWe’re looking for a hands-on Senior Financial Analyst who will own the books, drive the close, and partner with the CFO to bring financial discipline to a high-growth startup environment.This is not a passive reporting role. You will be in the middle of closing, forecasting, analyzing, fixing, and scaling finance operations for a US-focused business under US GAAP.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Close (Core Ownership)Own end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual close under US GAAPPrepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and schedulesEnsure clean, accurate, and audit-ready financial statementsDrive revenue recognition, expense controls, and balance sheet hygieneWork directly with auditors and advisors for US audits and complianceIdentify gaps, fix issues quickly, and continuously raise accounting qualityFP&A & Business SupportBuild and maintain budgets, forecasts, and rolling projectionsPerform variance analysis and clearly explain financial performanceCreate CFO-ready dashboards, management reports, and insightsSupport cash flow planning, runway analysis, and spend optimizationAct as a finance partner to leadership as the business scalesBuild & ScaleHelp design and improve finance processes for a growing companyBring structure, documentation, and discipline without slowing executionSupport automation, tooling, and system improvementsWhat We’re Looking ForChartered Accountant (CA) – MandatoryCA + MBA (Finance) – Strong plus3–5 years of experience working with US GAAP for US-based companiesStrong hands-on experience in book closing and core accountingPractical exposure to FP&A in a startup or fast-growth environmentAdvanced Excel skills; ERP/accounting system experience preferredHigh attention to detail, strong ownership mindset, and bias for actionComfortable working in ambiguity and moving fast
