The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of recruiting processes, which include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier candidates for technical positions. The role involves collaborating closely with hiring managers, identifying qualified candidates to meet organizational needs, and fostering strong relationships with both candidates and stakeholders.QualificationsProficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Technical Recruiting, and Hiring processesAtleast 3 years of experience in hiring technology roles for product based companiesStrong understanding of Recruiting practices, including sourcing and talent acquisitionExcellent Communication skills, including written and verbal proficiencyAbility to build and maintain strong professional relationships with hiring managers and candidatesKnowledge of recruitment tools, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and industry best practicesBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldPrevious experience in technical recruitment, particularly in the IT or engineering sectors, is highly desirable
