Yotta is looking for a passionate OTT executive who has a deep level of technical understanding and expertise across media and entertainment domain solutions that includes OTT platform and its middleware, encoding/transcoding, content delivery network, mobile and STB applications, content security and video analytics.About the Role The role involves working closely with the product team and operations to provide feedback on product performance and solutions for improvement, while adhering to company policies and maintaining confidentiality.ResponsibilitiesGood understanding of computing, network, storage, security, load balancer etc. Experience on DRM, Playout, encoding/transcoding, content delivery network, video analytics etc. Identify gaps and configuration parameters in product H/W & S/W, find solution to mitigate gaps. Work closely with product team and operation for feedback on product performance and provide solutions to improve. 5+ years of experience in the media and entertainment domain (broadcast, OTT and multicast) in the global market. Follow & commit with Yotta’s Policy statements (e.g. QMS/EMS/OHS/ISMS/ITSM/BCMS/EnMS etc.) Undertake applicable training as communicated from time to time. Understand the organization’s expectations towards all management systems the company is certified for. Participation in Risk assessment process contributes to achieving departmental & management system objectives. Adhere to confidentiality policy to safeguard sensitive company information, maintain trust with clients and partners, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Perform their duties in the event of emergency as per roles in ERP/BCMS plan. Assist in maintaining PIMS controls throughout personal data lifecycle.Qualifications Engineering Diploma / Graduate. 5+ Years of relevant experience in similar field and similar industry.Required Skills End to End knowledge of OTT Ecosystem that includes Headend, CDN, DRM, Video Analytics, Monetization etc. Hands-on experience working in Operations and Support for OTT. Hands-on experience on handling operations and support of a Media Asset Management (MAM) System. Hands-on experience on Monitoring Tools like Kibana / Grafana etc. Understanding of SVOD, AVOD, TVOD and FAST channels. Knowledge of Ad serving solutions. (SSAI and CSAI). Linux Administration. Ability to work under pressure and ability to work in accordance with tight deadlines and produce good quality work. Sense of ownership to see things through to completion. Ability to learn new technologies quickly.Preferred Skills Prior experience in hosting/cloud/IT / OTT / Media & Ent. Functional knowledge of the competitive landscape and products for cloud/hosting.
