The Tele-counselor will interact with prospective students and their guardians, providing guidance and information about the institute’s courses, admission processes, and related queries. Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls, maintaining a database of student inquiries, following up on leads, and ensuring students receive detailed information tailored to their interests and academic goals.Qualifications Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Proficiency in telephonic etiquette and the ability to handle high call volumes effectively. Basic knowledge of administrative tasks such as data entry and maintaining records. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to an on-site work environment. Experience in counseling, sales, or marketing is a plus. Graduate degree in any discipline; additional certifications or training in counseling or communication are advantageous. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
