The ideal candidate will have strong expertise inmember and provider appeals ,grievance resolution , andCMS-compliant determinationsand ensure adherence to regulatory timelines and quality standards.Key Responsibilities End-to-endclaims adjudication, appeals & grievances (added advantage) processing (Payer Side) Review and resolvemember and provider appeals IssueCMS-compliant determinationsfor Medicare & Medicaid Coordinate withUM, Medical Review, Claims, and Provider Relations EnsureTAT/SLA adherenceand maintain case documentationRequired Skills & Experience 1-4 yearsinUS healthcare payer operations Strong experience inclaims adjudication, appeals & grievances (Payer Side) added advantage.
