We focus on quality, comfort, and timeless design.Role Overview We are looking for a Sales Assistant who enjoys engaging with customers, understands quality products, and can professionally represent a premium brand in-store. You will be the face of Bridlen for walk-in customers and play a key role in delivering a thoughtful buying experience.Key Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting the right footwear based on fit, style, and usage. Clearly explain product features, leather types, and craftsmanship. Handle billing, basic inventory checks, and maintain store upkeep. Manage customer queries in-store, over phone and email. Suggest relevant add-ons such as shoe care products and accessories. Maintain a neat and welcoming store environment. Coordinate with the team for stock availability and customer follow-ups.Requirements 1 to 3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles. Footwear experience is a plus. Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Marathi is an advantage. Willingness to learn about premium footwear and materials. Basic familiarity with billing or POS systems is preferred.What We’re Looking For Polite, patient, and customer-focused attitude. Genuine interest in quality products.
