You’ll play a key role in scaling Kingvedaa online presence, improving ROI, and building strong visibility for our Ayurvedic Products.Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns onMeta ,Google ,YouTube ,Pinterest , etc. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools likeGoogle Analytics, Meta Ads Manager , and other data platforms. Strategize and grow e-commerce sales(Shopify, Website & Marketplaces)through conversion-driven Collaborate with thecontent and creative teamto ensure ad creatives align with brand aesthetics and messaging. ConductA/B testingon creatives, copies, and landing pages to maximize CTR and ROI. Managead budgets and bidding strategiesefficiently to achieve performance goals. TrackKPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate , and present reports with actionable insights. Identify newgrowth opportunitiesand emerging digital trends for campaign innovation. OptimizeSEO and SEM strategiesin collaboration with the digital marketing team. Ensure consistent brand tone and performance alignment with overall marketing goals.Campaigns. •Track performance metricsCPC, CTR, CAC, ROAS, CPAand share actionable insights weekly. Create and manage retargeting, lookalike, and seasonal campaigns for new collection launches. Work on SEO, influencer collaborations, and PR campaigns to increase organic reach. Coordinate with content & design teams for ad creatives, landing pages, and festive promotions. Analyze data and consumer behavior to identify new growth opportunities. Collaborate directly with the founder to align marketing efforts with Label Apurva’s brand vision.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 3–5 years of experience indigital or performance marketing , preferably ine-commerce, lifestyle, or Pharamcy, FMCG . Strong understanding ofsocial media ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools . Creative mindset with analytical problem-solving ability. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing. Excellent communication and reporting skills.Preferred Skills: Experience withShopify, Klaviyo, or other e-commerce platforms . Knowledge ofinfluencer marketing performance tracking . Familiarity withpixel tracking and conversion API setup . Strong eye for e-commerce FMCG, and brand storytelling.
