As aTariff Consultant , you’ll be responsible for analyzing tariff structures, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, and guiding internal teams/clients on optimal HS classification, duty structures, and cost‑saving opportunities.Key Responsibilities Analyze tariff schedules, HS codes, duty structures, and customs regulations. Provide strategic advice on tariff classification and regulatory compliance. Develop tariff optimization strategies to reduce duty costs legally. Monitor changes in domestic & international tariff policies. Support customs audits, documentation, and regulatory assessments. Prepare tariff impact reports, pricing inputs, and cost forecasts. Collaborate with supply chain, finance, procurement, and legal teams.Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, International Trade, Finance, or similar fields. Strong knowledge ofHS Codes ,customs regulations , andimport/export procedures . Experience in tariff calculation, trade compliance, or customs consulting. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Good communication and report‑writing skills. Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is an advantage.Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree or certifications in International Trade, Customs, or Supply Chain. Experience with FTAs, CEPA, RCEP, or global trade frameworks.
