In this position you will support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance across a global trading environment. The ideal candidate brings deep financial accounting expertise, strong functional knowledge of D365 Finance modules, and extensive experience with intercompany processes, costing, and commercial operations. You will be: Finance & D365 Implementation Lead end‑to‑end implementation of D365 Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Cash & Bank, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting). Serve as the central contact for finance process matters throughout the project lifecycle. Translate business requirements into best‑practice global solutions. Design and maintain global finance templates, organizational structures, and hierarchies.Financial Accounting & System Configuration Configure ledgers, dimensions, accounting structures, posting profiles, document types, and consolidation setups. Define accounting layers for statutory and managerial reporting. Ensure documentation and training materials meet ERP quality standards. Work with financial ISVs such asBlackLine .Inventory Costing, Valuation & Profitability Set up valuation methods aligned with managerial and local statutory requirements. Manage costing across manufacturing, trading, and commercial entities. Support pricing configuration, profitability analysis, customer margin insights, rebates, and chargebacks.Intercompany & Cost Accounting Define and streamline global intercompany finance processes. Configure intercompany recharges and cross‑entity financial flows. Implement D365 cost accounting standards, allocations, and budgeting.Testing, Documentation & User Enablement Support unit testing and lead Functional & User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Prepare functional specifications for RICEW components. Deliver user training and provide hypercare support post‑go‑live.Cross‑Functional Collaboration Work closely with planning, customer service, logistics, procurement, finance, manufacturing, and master data teams. Collaborate with infrastructure, development, testing, and release teams. Utilize Azure DevOps, Lifecycle Services (LCS), Excel, and Visio for structured project deliveryWhat will you bring to Ansell? Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or equivalent. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Certificationis required. Experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O. Proven track record delivering full-cycle D365 implementation projects. Strong finance domain expertise, ideally including exposure to procurement and trading operations. Knowledge in writing functional specifications and work with technical teams (RICEW). BPM process knowledge and strong master data modelling insights. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Visio, Azure DevOps, and LCS.
