We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Office Administrator to support our backend inventory and operations processes. Role Overview The Office Administrator will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, assisting with reordering, handling challan and purchase entries, and coordinating the movement of goods between stores and warehouse. This is a critical role to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Key ResponsibilitiesInventory & Stock ManagementAssist with regular stock taking and reconciliation Maintain accurate stock records in Excel/software Monitor stock levels and flag low inventory for reordering Support indent preparation and verification Purchases & DocumentationEnter purchase bills and vendor invoices accurately Maintain purchase registers and documentation Record and track challans (inward & outward) Ensure proper documentation for all goods movement Goods Movement CoordinationTrack to-and-fro movement of goods between warehouse and stores Coordinate with store teams for stock transfers Maintain proper records for inter-store transfers Administrative SupportMaintain organized physical and digital records Assist operations team with reporting requirements Support audits and internal stock verification processes Requirements1–3 years of experience in admin, inventory, or accounts support role Strong Excel skills (basic formulas, sorting, data entry accuracy) Good organizational and record-keeping ability Attention to detail and numerical accuracy Ability to coordinate with multiple teams Experience in retail/F&B/warehouse operations is a plus Preferred QualitiesProcess-oriented and disciplined Comfortable working with numbers and stock data Reliable and proactive Ability to work in a fast-paced environment CompensationSalary: As per industry standards (based on experience) Growth opportunities within operations and supply chain
