The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building and managing brands, leading marketing teams, and executing high-impact campaigns across digital and offline channels. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creative direction, performance marketing expertise, and leadership capability.Key Responsibilities 1.Stratigic Leadership Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals. Build long-term brand positioning and market expansion plans. Identify new growth opportunities, partnerships, and market segments. 2.Brand Management Own and strengthen brand identity, voice, and positioning. Ensure consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints. Lead product launches and brand campaigns. 3.Digital & Performance Marketing Drive customer acquisition through paid media, SEO, social media, email, and performance marketing. Optimize CAC, ROAS, and overall marketing ROI. Monitor analytics and generate actionable insights. 4.Campaign Management Conceptualize and execute 360° marketing campaigns. Manage ATL/BTL strategies (if applicable). Ensure timely execution of all marketing initiatives. 5.Coordinating with Outhouse/External Teams Act as the single point of contact for all external marketing agencies and vendors. Coordinate all inbound and outbound marketing activities with outhouse teams. Oversee creative agencies, digital marketing agencies, media buyers, production houses, PR teams, and other marketing partners. Ensure alignment between internal business goals and external execution. Monitor deliverables, timelines, quality standards, and performance outcomes. Handle all communication, approvals, and workflow related to marketing operations. 6.Team Leadership Build, lead, and mentor the marketing team. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and operations. Set KPIs and performance metrics for the team. 7.Budget & Vender Management Manage marketing budgets effectively. Negotiate and coordinate with agencies, media partners, and vendors.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA (Marketing) preferred. 5+ years of hands-on experience in brand marketing. Proven track record of scaling brands and driving measurable growth. Strong leadership and team management skills. Experience in digital marketing and performance analytics.
