Job Role : Sr. Data Scientist Location : HyderabadWe are looking for a Sr. Data Scientist – Healthcare to join our Data Science & Analytics Team and build next-generation ML-driven healthcare solutions for US & global markets.What You’ll Do Advanced Modeling & AI Develop high-performing predictive healthcare models using ML & AI Apply statistical modeling, optimization, GLM, Decision Trees, Boosting, SVM, Regression, Clustering Perform model training, hyperparameter tuning & evaluation Validate and enhance healthcare data productsProduct Development & Operationalization Collaborate with product teams & stakeholders to define data sources, algorithms & KPIs Deploy ML models into production environments Build ETL pipelines, data transformation & scalable modeling workflows Support engineering & delivery teams for seamless integration Drive automation and process improvements Partner with agencies for closed-loop measurement solutionsGovernance & Quality Monitor model performance & optimize continuously Upgrade and maintain existing healthcare data products Ensure HIPAA compliance & strong data governance practices✅ Required Skills & Experience 3+ years in Healthcare domain with healthcare data exposure 5–7 years building & deploying ML models in production Strong experience in ML algorithms & statistical modeling Expertise in Python, R, Scala, Spark/PySpark, H2O Experience in AWS, Google AI/ML Platform, Snowflake, Databricks Hands-on ETL, data pipelines & big data environments Strong communication skills (technical & non-technical audiences) Bachelor’s Degree in quantitative field (or 8–10 years relevant experience)⭐ What Sets You Apart Deep Learning / Neural Networks expertise Docker & Kubernetes-based model deployment Airflow / KubeFlow experience Master’s Degree in Data Science / Statistics / Engineering Consulting/Healthcare analytics background Experience with H2O or similar ML platforms
