About the RoleThe role involves managing the creation and changes of Bill of Materials (BOM) for various projects, supporting supplier trials, and collaborating with multiple teams to ensure successful product development and implementation.ResponsibilitiesCreation and change management of Bill of Materials (BOM) for variants and engineering changes Release and implementation of new electronic parts and systems Drive cost-saving and localization projects with suppliers Support supplier trials, part validation, and audits Coordinate Customer Service BOMs and technical documentation Provide factory support during pilot runs, assembly trials, and production issues Perform root cause analysis using structured problem-solving tools Collaborate with Germany development, TLM, Quality, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Customer Service teamsQualifications Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering 1–3 years of experience in home appliances, automotive, or related industriesRequired SkillsStrong knowledge of Electronics & Electro-Mechanical parts BOM & Engineering Change Management SAP and MS Office tools EMI/EMC requirements Hardware design (touch, display, sound, lighting systems) Electronics bench-level & product-level testing Exposure to appliance electronics software testing is a plusPreferred SkillsInternational & global collaboration (Germany & cross-regional teams)Pay range and compensation packageCompetitive salary based on experience and qualifications.Equal Opportunity StatementWe are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment for all employees.
