As a Client Strategy & Partnerships Lead, you’ll be the key link between the business goals and the creative output. You will take ownership of projects end-to-end and ensure every piece of communication delivers both brand impact and business value.Your core responsibilities will include: Decoding business requirements and translating them into clear, actionable creative and content strategies Conducting market and competitive research to uncover insights, trends and opportunity gaps that inform creative direction Creating strong content frameworks and detailed creative briefs aligned with business objectives and communication goals Driving and facilitating internal brainstorming sessions to unlock powerful ideas and sharper executions Collaborating closely with the design team to ensure seamless interpretation and delivery of briefs Building persuasive presentations that effectively sell ideas, strategy and storytelling to multiple stakeholders Managing internal co-ordination across teams to keep projects on track, on brand and delivered within timelinesWhat You Bring to the Table Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal Strong client and stakeholder management abilities A balanced mindset – strategic in thinking, creative in approach The ability to manage multiple briefs without losing attention to detail A natural curiosity for brands, culture, trends and competition Confidence in presenting ideas and leading discussionsWho This Role Is Perfect For You’ll thrive in this role if you: Have 2–3 years of experience in advertising, branding, content, marketing or an agency environment Are based in Mumbai or Bengaluru Enjoy ownership, accountability and being close to both clients and creative workWhat’s in It for You CTC: ₹8,40,000 – ₹9,00,000 per annum Working Model: Mumbai-based candidates: Work From Home (WFH) Bengaluru-based candidates: Hybrid working model Single-brand ownership – become the main point of contact for one key brand High-ownership role with real decision-making responsibility A growth-focused environment that values thinking, initiative and impactOpen Position 1 Role Available
