Ensure adherence to ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding guidelines. Monitor quality and productivity metrics. Provide training and support to team members. Collaborate with other departments to enhance coding processes.Qualifications✔ 1+ year on-paper experience as Manager – Medical Coding OR ✔ 2+ years on-paper experience as Assistant Manager – Medical CodingRequired SkillsStrong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS Team handling experience Quality & productivity management US Healthcare RCM exposurePreferred SkillsExperience with coding audits and compliance.
