Location: Chennai (Work from Office) Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST | 5 days a week (US shift)About Company: We are a fast-growing US-based SaaS company in the IT Operations and Incident Management space. We work with Fortune 1000 customers and operate in a high-performance, growth-focused environment.Role Overview We are looking for a highly driven SDR who will focus on prospecting and qualifying enterprise IT accounts in the US market. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outbound sales, talking to senior decision-makers, and building a strong sales pipeline. This is a pure outbound role and plays a critical part in driving AlertOps’ revenue growth.Key Responsibilities •Execute outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to US enterprise accounts •Identify and engage IT decision-makers (IT Ops, Infrastructure, DevOps leaders) •Qualify leads based on ICP, need, budget, and urgency •Schedule high-quality meetings for Account Executives •Maintain accurate lead and activity data in CRM •Work closely with AEs to align messaging and improve conversion •Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for meetings and pipeline contributionIdeal Candidate Profile Experience & Skills•2–4 years of experience in SDR / BDR / Inside Sales (preferably SaaS) •Strong experience selling to US or international markets •Comfortable with cold calling and objection handling •Excellent communication skills (spoken & written English) •Familiar with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and outreach toolsNice to Have •Experience selling to IT teams / SaaS / Enterprise products •Exposure to IT Ops, DevOps, or Infrastructure buyers •Previous night-shift or US-shift experienceWhat We’re Looking For (Mindset) •Self-motivated and disciplined •Resilient and consistent in outbound efforts •Willing to learn and adapt quickly •Team player with strong ownership •Comfortable working from office during US hours
