The organization operates an extensive distribution network and offers end-to-end supply chain solutions, including specialized cross-border logistics services. This is a senior leadership role ideal for professionals with deep expertise in fleet management, transportation networks, and large-scale logistics operations. Key Responsibilities Drive business development and new client acquisition Lead and manage zonal logistics operations and personnel Oversee transportation network efficiency and route optimization Manage demand & supply planning to ensure on-time delivery Reduce transit time and improve overall TAT Vendor development, onboarding & performance management Monitor supplier performance, vendor rating & cost optimization Implement process improvements in logistics operations Ensure compliance with state-wise transport regulations Handle FTL, LTL & Express logistics operations Candidate Profile Graduate with 15–30 years of experience in logistics & transportation Extensive experience handling large fleet operations / truck aggregation Strong exposure to FTL, LTL & Express logistics management Experience in route planning, pricing, customs & fleet maintenance Proven leadership experience in managing zonal operations Strong analytical, communication & presentation skills Ability to build, lead and mentor high-performing teams Willingness to travel as required
