The ideal candidate has a strong visual sense, understands storytelling, and can create engaging videos for digital platforms.Key Responsibilities Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for social media Handle on-ground video shoots (Property shoots, Project Shoots, Reels, Events etc.) Edit videos for multiple formats Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand briefs and deliver creative outputs Manage video assets, raw footage, and final files efficiently Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and visual identity Stay updated with video trends, formats, and platform best practicesRequired Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in video editing tools such asAdobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar Proficiency in mobile based video shoots Hands-on experience with cameras, lighting, and basic audio equipment Good understanding of framing, composition, lighting, and storytelling Ability to edit fast-paced, engaging short-form content Basic knowledge of motion graphics is a plus Strong attention to detail and time management skills
