Your Champions Agency is identity-first startup.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, mostly work-from-home and partially off-site role based in Mumbai, India. As a Startup Transformation Intern, you will support research, analysis, system-building, and strategy design for startup founders and their ventures. You will collaborate on operational systems, founder journeys, and strategic communication initiatives that enable measurable growth and clarity.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct market, industry, and signal research Support development of operational and strategic systems Contribute to founder transformation initiatives (Preferred but optional)Vibe-coding, learning and implementing coding if not yet a coder Assist the founder in every way possible and certain Develop an Iconic Champions Brand Story, Strategize it and Message it Develop content and narrative strategies Work with AI tools, agents, and automation systems Learn and support end-to-end startup buildingWho Thrives in This RoleSelf-driven, high-agency individuals Curious, analytical, and adaptable thinkers Strong communicators and storytellers Individuals passionate about startups and innovation Fast learners and practical implementorsEducational backgrounds in business, marketing, or entrepreneurship are helpful but not mandatory.
