Job Title: Assistant Manager / Lead - Voice and Accent Training Experience:7+ Years Work Location: Chennai-AMBITJob Description We are looking for a seasonedV&A Trainerwith 7+ years of experience to lead our language and behavioral training initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise inCEFR standards , phonetic transcription, and global accents (US/UK/AU), ensuring our workforce meets international communication benchmarks.Key Responsibilities Training Leadership:Solely responsible for Language, Voice & Accent (V&A), Soft Skills, and Behavioral training programs. Content Development:Design and manage training content usingInstructional Design (ID) Principles(Instructor/Student Guides, Exercise Books, and Knowledge Measures). Strategic Implementation:Design and execute training strategies through workshops, coaching sessions, and feedback loops. Standardization:Implement and manage a measurement system based onCEFR standardsto assess language proficiency from entry to exit. Capability Building:Conduct"Train the Trainer" (TTT)programs; mentor, calibrate, and certify internal Voice Trainers. Innovation:Research and integrateAI toolsto enhance content creation and overall training effectiveness. Customization:Deliver bespoke training solutions tailored to specific client requirements or team problem statements. Required Candidate Profile Experience:Minimum7+ yearsof total experience, primarily in theBPO/KPO domain . Expertise:Proven track record in Language & Soft Skills training with a mastery ofEnglish Grammar and Phonetic transcription . Global Exposure:High familiarity with various English accents, specificallyUS, UK, and Australian . Technical Skills:Proficient inMicrosoft Excelfor data analysis and reporting; strong analytical mindset. Education:Any Graduate. Soft Skills:Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to influence through confident verbal and written communication.
