These services have applicability across a variety of industries, including banking & financial services, insurance, retail, higher education, food, healthcare, and manufacturing.Exp-8-12 Years Location- Trivendrum Shift-9-6 PM Notice- Immediate- 7 DaysRequirements QA Leadership • Lead and coordinate QA efforts across manual and automated testing activities. • Provide day-to-day guidance and direction to QA team members. • Review testing work to ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality. • Ensure consistent QA practices and disciplined execution.Manual & Automated Testing • Actively participate in manual testing, including test scenario creation and execution. • Contribute to and oversee automated testing efforts, ensuring automation is applied effectively and sustainably. • Balance manual and automated approaches to support both immediate needs and long-term quality goals.Communication & Collaboration • Communicate clearly and effectively with engineering, product, and business teams. • Provide regular updates on QA progress, risks, and quality concerns. • Raise issues early and articulate impacts in a clear, actionable manner.Qualifications • Experience in Quality Assurance, including time in a QA Lead or senior QA role. • Hands-on experience with manual testing. • Hands-on experience with automated testing. • Strong understanding of QA fundamentals and testing best practices. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to lead by example and operate effectively in a delivery-focused environment.
