The responsibilities include planning and executing internal audits to evaluate and enhance the company's internal controls, financial reporting, and compliance processes. The role also involves identifying risks, recommending corrective actions, ensuring adherence to policies, and supporting the accounting and finance teams in maintaining transparency and accountability.Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate processes and identify areas for improvement. In-depth knowledge of Finance and Internal Controls for effective audit management. Expertise in Accounting practices and standards to assess financial accuracy. Experience conducting Financial Audits and preparing thorough assessments. Relevant certifications such as CA, CPA, or CIA are highly desirable. Proficiency in using financial software and tools. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
