The company is dedicated to building meaningful connections and vibrant communities worldwide.Role Overview We are looking for a Senior NLP Scientist to lead the design, training, and deployment of advanced NLP and LLM systems across conversational AI, retrieval-augmented generation, multilingual understanding, speech-text integration, and agentic workflows. This role requires deep research capability combined with strong production experience.Key Responsibilities Architect end-to-end NLP and LLM systems for production scale Lead model training, fine-tuning, distillation, and optimization Design and implement RAG architectures with secure document pipelines Develop evaluation frameworks for automated quality measurement Build multilingual NLP systems with focus on low-resource languages Contribute to hybrid RAG + Knowledge Graph retrieval systems Implement guardrails, safety mechanisms, and hallucination mitigation Optimize models for low-latency inference (edge + cloud deployment) Mentor junior scientists and define research roadmap Collaborate with product and leadership teams to align AI strategyRequired Qualifications Masters or PhD in NLP, ML, AI, or related field 5+ years of experience in NLP / LLM systems Strong expertise in Transformers, attention mechanisms, and scaling laws Experience training large models on multi-GPU infrastructure Deep understanding of RAG, embeddings, and retrieval systems Strong Python and deep learning framework expertise (PyTorch preferred) Experience deploying models in production environments Knowledge of evaluation metrics for generative AI systemsPreferred Skills Experience with multilingual and Indic language modeling Experience with speech-NLP integration pipelines Experience with quantization, pruning, distillation Familiarity with agentic AI systems and tool orchestration Experience with MLOps pipelines and containerized deployments Publications or open-source contributions in NLPLeadership Expectations Define technical vision for NLP roadmap Establish model governance and quality benchmarks Drive experimentation velocity without compromising rigor Represent NLP initiatives in executive updates
