Indiabungy is also a pioneer in marine equipment manufacturing, utilizing advanced rotomoulding technology to produce durable and versatile products like modular plastic floats and pipe floats for a variety of conditions.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an HR cum Marketing professional. The individual will handle end-to-end Human Resources responsibilities including HR management, policymaking, employee benefits, and personnel management. Additionally, the role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company’s offerings in adventure sports and marine equipment domains. Day-to-day tasks include planning and managing HR operations, enhancing employee engagement, and contributing to the company’s growth through innovative marketing initiatives.Qualifications Strong knowledge in Human Resources, including HR Management and HR Policies. Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management processes. Effective organizational and communication skills for managing employee engagement programs. Proficiency in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote company products. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or related field preferred. Experience in the manufacturing or adventure sports industry is an advantage. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and effectively manage cross-functional responsibilities.
