SAP CS (Customer Service) ConsultantImmediate Joiner OnlyMinimum Required : 6+ Years Engagement:1-Year Contractual Work Mode:Remote (Preferred Location Noida)Role OverviewWe are looking for an experiencedSAP CS Consultantto manage and optimize customer service and after-sales processes within SAP. The role focuses on configuring, supporting, and improving service operations such as service orders, notifications, warranties, and service contracts. The ideal candidate should have strong business understanding, clear communication skills, and the ability to confirm process readiness or highlight gaps with actionable next steps.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and supportSAP CSprocesses including: Service notifications Service orders Equipment and functional locations Managecustomer service lifecyclefrom complaint registration to service completion Set up and support: Service contracts (AMC) Warranties and entitlements Work closely with business users, service teams, and cross-functional consultants Ensure accurate service billing integration with SAP SD/FI Clearly communicate process readiness, dependencies, or gaps Provide practical, respectful, and solution-oriented recommendations Supportimplementation, rollout, upgrade, and production supportactivities Assist in UAT, user training, and documentationFunctional Expertise & SkillsStrong hands-on experience inSAP CS (Customer Service) module Expertise in: Notifications & Service Orders Equipment & Functional Locations Service Contracts & Warranties Service Billing Good understanding of integration with: SAP PM SAP SD SAP FI (basic) Experience working with ABAP teams for: Reports Forms Enhancements (requirement level)Professional Approach & GuidelinesUseclear, business-friendly languagewhen interacting with users Avoid assumptions; ask for clarification when inputs are missing Always confirm process readiness or clearly specify blockers with next steps Maintain structured documentation and change tracking Support users with a respectful and practical approachPreferred Candidate Profile5–8+ years of SAP CS functional experience Experience in industries such as: Manufacturing Engineering Utilities After-sales service organizations Strong problem-solving and communication skills Comfortable working in remote project environments Experience in contractual or project-based roles is a plus
