Role Overview:The Insight Curator will support the strategy and planning teams by gathering, analysing, and curating consumer, media, and market insights. This role is ideal for freshers who are curious about consumer behavior, media trends, and data-backed storytelling.Key Responsibilities Assist incollecting and curating insightsfrom multiple sources such as market reports, media data, industry publications, and digital platforms Support teams withconsumer understanding, category trends, and competitive analysis Help convert data intoclear insights, summaries, and presentationsfor internal teams and client decks Trackmedia, cultural, and digital trendsrelevant to brands and categories Work closely withstrategy, planning, and analytics teamson ongoing projects Maintain and updateinsight repositories, dashboards, and knowledge documents Support ad-hoc research requests and quick-turnaround analysisSkills & Competencies Stronganalytical and logical thinking Goodwritten and verbal communication skills Ability tosimplify data into meaningful insights Comfortable working withnumbers, reports, and presentations Basic knowledge ofExcel and PowerPoint(mandatory) Curiosity aboutmedia, advertising, brands, and consumer behaviour Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentGood to Have (Not Mandatory) Basic understanding ofmedia planning, digital marketing, or advertising Exposure to tools likeGoogle Trends, Statista, BARC reports, Kantar, Nielsen(even academic exposure is fine) Internship experience inmedia, research, consulting, or analytics
