A minimum 6 years of experience in CRM management and conversant with CRM and Sales application First Division in Graduation ( exceptions can be made if other criteria is met ) Conversant inMarathi, English, Hindi able to UNDERSTAND AND HILIGHT customer expectation and SEEK HELP IMMEDIATELY if not able to deal at CRM level Understand RERA rules on under construction projects Is disciplined and systematically Initiates demand raising with the AR Support team upon completion of registration or defined milestones. Has 5-6 year experience in dealing directly with banks and NBFCs on retail customer loans Send periodic reminder emails to customers for outstanding payments. Follow up with customers for Agreement Sale (AS) amounts and ensure completion of registration within one month. Share required details and documents with the advocate for preparation of registration documents. Liaise with the Finance team to obtain No Objection Certificates (NOC) as required. Ensure presence of customer(s), witnesses, and advocate during registration process Verify original documents at the Sub-Registrar Office, should know the process of Sub Registrar Office. Coordinate biometric verification and photograph capture of all parties. Resolve on-spot issues raised by the Sub-Registrar Office, if any.
