Role Description We’re Hiring a Advanced Data Science Associate Consultant with a minimum experience of 6 years inDesign, Development, and Deployment.We are looking for a Senior Pro who has worked deeply with larger datasets, ML & AI tools, and statistics. The candidate must be able to translate business requirements into structured technical steps, build efficient and reliable data workflows, and collaborate effectively with internal and business teams. Understanding of RAG, LLM, and handling development for commercial pharmaceutical datasets shall be a big plus. Location The successful candidate shall be placed at Pune. It is a WFO, “No” remote work. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain data processes and automation workflows us AI/ML Build and optimize data ingestion, transformation, and processing scripts for large-scale commercial datasets Deploy and manage workflows within AWS environments (S3, Lambda, Redshift, etc.) Translate business requirements into clear, executable technical steps and deliver production-ready processes Full Stack development using Angular Implement data quality checks, error handling, and performance optimization across workflows Collaborate with business analysts and data scientists to ensure alignment between business needs and data delivery Document processes and maintain structured repositories of scripts, jobs, and workflow logic Required Skills and Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in Full-Stack Development. We can consider upto 10 years of total experience. Proficient in Python coding and good exposure to Python usage for data processing and automation Good experience in AI/ML tools, RAG, LLM models, statistics Full Stack Development skills with API integration & DevOps Ability to lead the team of 4-8 people Experience in developing modular, maintainable, and business-grade processes Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Good Communication skills in English - able to understand business context and translate it into actionable steps.
