The CTO will be responsible for shaping the long-term technology vision while ensuring rapid, reliable, and customer-centric product delivery in the BFSI and enterprise automation space. The CTO will function as thetechnical voice and tech leaderof the organization.Key Goals & ResponsibilitiesProduct & Delivery ExcellenceDrive engineering rigour and“release mentality”culture — continuous shipping and rapid iteration, especially in GenAI environments. Build Gen AI first solutions for the BFSI industry. Establish strong engineering discipline forspeed without compromising stability. Scalability & Trust (Infosec First Approach)Architect and build ahigh-volume, scalable, and secure AI platformcapable of enterprise-grade workloads. Ensure system reliability, performance, and uptime to build deep client trust. Embedcompliance, data security, and infosec best practicesinto all technical decisions. Platform & Market VisionLeadplatform thinking— designing modular, configurable solutions suitable for bothIndia-first deployment and global scalability. Develop technology that acceleratesnew client pipeline generationthrough configurable and reusable components. Position Neurofin as atop-of-mind thought leaderin BFSI AI solutions through architecture choices, product innovation, and technical evangelism. Profitability & EfficiencyBuildcost-effective, high-efficiency architecturesthat improve bottom-line performance. Continuously identify and reduce redundancy in infrastructure, tooling, and processes. Team & LeadershipHire, mentor, assess, reward, and retain top engineering and AI talent. Build a culture of ownership, innovation, and accountability. Serve as thetechnology face of Neurofinin client meetings, partnerships, and industry forums.Candidate Profile & Selection CriteriaCore Expertise10+years of experience of building B2B products / platforms. Relevant industry experience of having worked in any or all of these will be of competitive advance (B2B SaaS, Fintech, BFSI, Startups) Strong background inAI / ML / GenAI product developmentwith proven production deployments. Deep understanding ofplatform architecture, distributed systems, and scalable cloud infrastructure. Experience buildingenterprise SaaS or BFSI-focused technology productsis highly preferred. Leadership & Business AcumenDemonstrated ability tobuild and lead high-performance technical teams. Strategic mindset withco-founder-level ownership and business understanding. Comfortable balancingspeed, quality, and commercial outcomes. Technical & Strategic CompetenciesPlatform and ecosystem thinking rather than feature-centric development. Strong grounding incompliance, security, and information governance. Ability to act as theprimary technical spokespersonfor the company.
