INDORSE is driven by its dedication to providing innovative and reliable exhibition solutions.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Inside Sales Support specialist. Responsibilities include coordinating sales activities, managing customer inquiries, assisting in generating new leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate will collaborate with the sales team to support client requirements effectively, maintain records in the sales database, and provide administrative support related to sales operations. An important aspect of the role will be building and maintaining professional relationships with clients.Qualifications Experience in Inside Sales and Sales Operations Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in managing sales documentation and CRM tools Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred Experience in the trade fair or exhibition industry would be an advantage
