This role is core to our mission of scaling high impact programs, driving topline growth, and positioning our partner universities as industry leaders in the online higher education space.Key Responsibilities - Drive Strategic Projects:Lead and execute high-growth initiatives in collaboration with university partners to scale programs and improve topline performance. Cross-functional Leadership:Coordinate across internal teams—Sales, Marketing, Academics, Product, Operations—to align efforts and deliver on shared goals. Stakeholder Management:Act as the primary interface with senior university stakeholders to ensure long-term alignment, trust, and success. Performance Management:Monitor and analyze key business metrics to ensure initiatives are meeting defined targets and identify new opportunities for improvement. Autonomous Execution:Take complete ownership of projects from ideation to execution with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. Market and Industry Awareness:Stay updated on higher education trends, regulatory developments, and competitor movements to guide strategic direction.Who We’re Looking For - Experience: 8+ years of experience in program/project management, business consulting, strategy, or operations—preferably in the education, B2B or high-value consumer tech space Education: Graduate/MBA from a top-tier institution like IIT, IIM, BITSSkills & Attributes - Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, involving coordination with University Partners High ownership and ability to thrive in ambiguity Bias for action and results-driven mindset Passion for education and impact-led workWhy Join Us?
