LTIMindtree is looking for a dynamicAgile Coachto lead enterprise-wide Agile adoption and transformation initiatives.Experience:12+ Years Education:Bachelor’s / Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent Location:Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai Work Model:Hybrid – 3 Days Work from Office Notice Period:April Joiners OnlyRole & Responsibilities Partner with thePre-Sales teamto provide Agile solutioning for RFPs DriveAgile transformation strategiesacross Industry Groups Define end-state deliverables, pilot rollouts & coaching engagement plans Influence leadership and management teams to adopt Agile principles, practices & tools Track and report progress of Agile transformation across client engagements Contribute to the advancement of Agile practices within the organization Recommend suitable Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, etc.) based on client needs Assess team maturity using Agile assessment tools and develop coaching plans Prescribe Agile engineering best practices (XP, TDD, DevOps, CI/CD) Facilitate Agile workshops, planning sessions, retrospectives & scaling ceremonies Enable governance models and communication mechanisms Define and track relevant KPIs for continuous improvement Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Delivery Managers & Quality teams Guide user story refinement and backlog grooming practices Collaborate with Digital Engineering teams to strengthen DevOps & CI/CD adoption Foster self-organizing, empowered, high-performing teams Demonstrate a strongServant Leadership mindset✅ Preferred Candidate Profile ✔ Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision ✔ Strong knowledge of Agile engineering practices (XP, TDD, FDD, DevOps, CI/CD) ✔ Hands-on experience with ALM tools (JIRA, VersionOne, TFS, Agile Central, Rally, ADO, etc.) ✔ Excellent communication, presentation & stakeholder management skills ✔ Proven ability to drive transformation in fast-paced environments ✔ Experience in building and leading high-performance teamsQualifications & Certifications ✔ Graduate in any discipline with exposure to software development practices ✔ Relevant Agile certifications (SPC, PSM II, SCT, ICP-ACC, PMI-ACP, SAFe Practitioner, etc.) ✔ Expert knowledge of3 or more Agile frameworks(Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Spotify, DAD, Nexus, LeSS, etc.) Additional Notes ✔ Comfortable working with MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word ✔ Flexible to work across time zones as per client requirementsInterested or know someone who fits?
