( )Key Responsibilities Build detailed financial models, valuation analyses (e.g., DCF, comparable transactions, precedent deals), and scenario assessments to support M&A, IPO, and capital raising transactions Conduct in-depth industry, company, and market research, synthesizing data from multiple sources Monitor developments and key news relevant to Consumer, Retail and E-Commerce sectors Prepare pitch books, presentations, and marketing materials for internal stakeholders Assist in due diligence, gathering and verifying critical data and documentation for transactions Prepare and present regular status reports, analyses, and updates to senior management Candidate will work very closely with senior management on high impact assignmentsRequired Qualifications CA/MBA from Top-Tier College with 2-3 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking role Proficiency in Excel (financial modelling), PowerPoint, and basic financial databases/platforms Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task on tight deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting analysis and recommendations Preferred Experience Prior internship or experience in investment banking, corporate finance, consulting, audit, or private equity Familiarity with valuation methodologies and transaction structuringInterested candidates can send their CVs to om.b@ and arif@ along with a brief about yourself.
