Job Title:Technical Site Engineer Location:Delhi, On-site Experience:3+ Years Industry:Tech ProductOverview: We are an experience-driven technology organization that designs and delivers large-scale digital and immersive solutions for government and enterprise projects.Key Responsibilities: Manage and ensure smooth daily operations of all on-site hardware systems Perform regular checks, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware to avoid downtime Oversee on-site software applications, ensuring performance, updates, and security patches Identify, document, and report software bugs or issues to the Project Manager Maintain accurate inventory of all hardware and software assets at the site Coordinate procurement, replacement, and tracking of equipment Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients at the site Communicate client requirements, feedback, and issues to the Project Manager Maintain and follow a daily task checklist to ensure operational efficiency Oversee operation and maintenance activities for all technical equipment Share regular reports on site status, issues, and resolutionsRequired Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline Hands-on experience in managing on-site hardware and software systems Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, hardware components, and software applications Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently Experience in inventory management and asset tracking Good communication skills for client and internal team coordination Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently on-sitePreferred Skills: IT or system administration certifications Experience working in client-facing technical roles Exposure to large-scale installations or experiential technology projects
