Who are we looking for? We are seeking a detail-orientedIT Support Associatetomanage and track the organization’s IT assets throughout their lifecycle. The role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring compliance with policies. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.Roles & Responsibilities •Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues. •Install, configure, and maintain desktops and laptops. •Assist with employee user access management, email setup, and password resets •Maintain IT asset inventory and basic system documentation. •Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and common IT tools. •Understanding of computer hardware and troubleshooting techniques. •Basic networking concepts (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP addressing). •Good communication and problem-solving skills. •Willingness to learn new technologies and tools.Requirements / Qualifications •Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. •0–2 years of experience in IT support, preferred.Why join our team?
