The ideal candidate should be able to create impactful, accurate, and engaging content in Bengali for digital platforms, campaigns, and public outreach.Key Responsibilities Write high-qualitypolitical content in Bengalifor social media, articles, blogs, scripts, and campaign materials. Research current political trends, policies, and public issues. Translate or adapt content from English/Hindi to Bengali while maintaining context and tone. Develop creative campaign messaging and slogans. Ensure content is factually accurate and aligned with communication strategies. Coordinate with the digital and strategy teams for content planning. Meet deadlines in a fast-paced political environment.Required Skills & Qualifications Strong command overwritten Bengali(grammar, vocabulary, and style). Good understanding ofIndian politics, especially West Bengal politics . Ability to simplify complex political topics into engaging content. Experience inpolitical campaigns, media houses, or digital agenciesis preferred. Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube). Ability to work under tight deadlines.Educational Qualification Bachelor’s degree inJournalism, Political Science, Mass Communication, Bengali Literature , or related field.Preferred Skills Experience in speech writing or campaign content. Familiarity with SEO or digital content strategies. Video script or short-form content writing experience.
