Project descriptionWe've been engaged by a large Australian financial institution to provide resources to manage the production support activities along with their existing team in Sydney & India.ResponsibilitiesProvide expert-level support for Murex environment management, with a strong focus on End-of-Day (EOD) operations and issue resolution. Maintain and optimize the Murex platform and ensuring high availability and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Murex infrastructure, EOD processes, and system performance. Develop and maintain automation scripts using Shell or Python to streamline operational tasks and improve system reliability. Utilize CI/CD tools such as Git, pipelines, and artifact repositories to support continuous integration and deployment workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integrationSkills Must haveMinimum 7 years of hands-on experience in Murex platform support and environment management. Good Murex technical expertise, scripting capabilities, and hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and processes. Strong understanding of Murex architecture and service configuration. Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical, EOD, and performance-related issues in a Murex environment. Proficiency in scripting (Shell or Python) and experience with modern DevOps tools and practices. Solid working knowledge of Oracle databases and SQL.Nice to havePL/SQL, Scripting languages (Python) Advanced troubleshooting experience with Shell scripting and Python Experience with CICD tools like Git, flows, Ansible, and AWS including CDK Exposure to AWS Cloud environment Willing to learn and obtain AWS certification
