Understand TQs and ensure its closure by coordinating with various stakeholders. Also prepare RFQs for bought out items ensuring collection of offers Prepare & ensure proposals and bids are accurate, comprehensive, and meet client's requirements. Assist in the development of pricing strategies. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to gather relevant information & documentation. Maintain and update the proposal and bidding database. Ensure timely resolution of customer queries on pricing or any other points related to proposals.Preferred candidate profile:-Preferred candidate from Valves background Written and verbal communication skills Technically sound to understand Client/RFQ requirement. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Proficiency in bid management software and Microsoft Office Suite Has knowledge of ASME material (ASME Sec. II part A & part B) & ASME Sec. IX welding standards. Ability to read and understand P&ID, Develop BOM based on P&ID & PMS.
