Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Architect to join our technology leadership team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in software architecture, distributed systems, and strong expertise in multi-cloud, hybrid, and multi-region deployments. This role will be pivotal in driving the architectural direction, technology roadmap, and adoption of best practices across our cloud and hybrid platforms and services.Key Responsibilities: ● Design and evolve robust, secure, and scalable cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP. ● Develop technical roadmaps and architectural blueprints aligned with business goals. ● Define and enforce architecture standards, patterns, and best practices for distributed systems. ● Participate in and support regulatory audits by providing architectural documentation, security design, and compliance evidence. ● Lead architecture reviews and provide expert technical guidance to development and operations teams. ● Architect end-to-end security frameworks integrating zero-trust, identity, access control, and data protection. ● Conduct threat modeling, security reviews, and ensure compliance with security policies. ● Optimize cloud cost efficiency through architectural strategies, resource planning, and auto-scaling mechanisms. ● Design and implement disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity strategies. ● Develop scalable microservices architectures with strong service boundaries and event-driven communication patterns. ● Define and guide the adoption of DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible. ● Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between business, security, and engineering teams.Required Qualifications: ● 14+ years of experience in software architecture and system design. ● Proven expertise in multi-cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid architectures (including on-prim or traditional data centers). ● Deep knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift) and service mesh technologies. ● Hands-on coding experience in Java, Python languages. ● Strong knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, and NewSQL databases and data modeling patterns. ● Experience with event-driven architectures, including message queues, event streaming, and pub/sub. ● In-depth understanding of networking, cloud security,cloud storage, encryption, and key management. ● Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK Stack. ● Excellent communication and collaboration skills to lead cross-functional initiatives. ● Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments. ● Relevant certifications such as: ○ AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional ○ Azure Solutions Architect Expert ○ Google Professional Cloud Architect ● Experience with Generative AI architectures and applications.Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills: ● Experience working in FinTech products or financial services platforms with regulatory oversight. ● BFSI with high transaction volume systems like Payments
