With rapid growth, professional expertise, and a client-first approach, Property First is also recognized as a Great Place to Work®.Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of the company.The candidate will be responsible for managing financial planning, budgeting, compliance, and reporting while leading a team of 4–5 executives.Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities of the company Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow statements Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Monitor project-wise cost tracking and profitability analysis Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements Coordinate with auditors, banks, and financial institutions Manage accounts payable, receivable, and vendor payments Supervise and guide a team of 4–5 finance executives Implement financial controls and improve internal processes Support management with financial insights for business decisionsRequired Skills & Qualifications: CA / MBA (Finance) / or relevant qualification 5–10 years of experience, preferably in real estate or construction industry Strong knowledge of taxation, compliance, and financial reporting Experience in team handling Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel Strong analytical and leadership skillsKey Competencies: Leadership & Team Management Financial Analysis & Reporting Compliance & Risk Management Strategic Thinking Strong Communication Skills
