Responsibilities may include interfacing with Corporate level management.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR Operating plans aligned with the HR Strategy Advise business functions on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management. Serve as a strategic partner to leadership on people-related decisions. Develop workforce plans to meet current and future organizational needs Facilitate performance appraisal systems Identify training needs and oversee learning and leadership development programs. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and high performance Foster a positive work culture that promotes engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Handle employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Lead initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention. Drive talent strategies for the businessYou will be a great fit if youQualifications:Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience:Minimum of 12-18 years of experience in HR or related fields, with at least 5-8 years in strategic HR Partnership role.Skills:Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Excellent project management and organizational abilities. Superior communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams. High level of discretion and integrity.
