Customize boilerplate content and maintain/update a proposal content library and templates for reuse. Collaborate with subject matter experts for technical and financial details, and translate them into clear, non‑technical language where needed. Ensure full compliance with instructions: structure, page limits, mandatory forms, eligibility, and submission requirements (online portals, email, hard copy, etc.). Proofread for accuracy, consistency, and branding (tone, style, formatting) and manage version control. Track timelines and drive the proposal schedule: kick‑off meetings, review cycles, approvals, and final submission.
