Job Title: Creative Producer / Agency Producer & Editor Department: Films & Production Location: MumbaiRole Overview Social Beat is looking for a Creative Producer who blends storytelling with execution. This role is equal parts creative thinker, hands-on Producer and actor who can pull off content . You should be confident both behind and in front of the camera. You won’t just create digital films, you will conceptualize, produce, optimize, and scale them. From strategy decks to shoot floors and post studios; you will own the entire lifecycle of video content. Key Responsibilities2. Production Ownership & Acting * Lead end-to-end production: pre-production planning, shoot execution, and post-delivery * Handle shoot logistics, timelines, vendor coordination, budgets, and quality control * Oversee lighting, framing, aesthetics, and cost-efficient production setups * Ensure content delivery is on time, on budget, and creatively strong * Maintain a scalable production pipeline for consistent output * Ensure seamless coordination between strategy, production, and performance teams 3. Shoot & Post-Production (In-house) *shoot and edit short-form videos when required * Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and external partners * Maintain high creative standards while ensuring fast turnaround Ideal Candidate * 3-6 yrs as producer and part time actor * Strong understanding of short-form content ecosystems * Experience managing shoots, vendors, and timelines * Comfortable both behind and in front of the camera * Analytical mindset with strong creative instincts
