Desired Candidate Profile Education: Full Time M.B.A Experience : 5 - 10 Years Industry : Automobile / Manufacturing Location : Mumbai (Andheri)Purpose of the Role Executive Assistant ensures the office of the CCO - VP functions with efficiency. Provides strategic, executive, administrative, support to the CCO Job ResponsibilityManaging the Office of the CCO-data analysis, project management, setting up program governance. Preparing and delivering required strategic and operational documents/presentations etc. and coordination between various functional agencies Coordinate with different departments for the reports and their execution Handle ad-hoc requirements from external stakeholders such as TSMG, TBEM and auditing teams Maintaining timelines- Not missing deadlines Timely availability of Pre-reads before meetings Driving execution & completion of critical items by regular follow ups thereby delivering results Develop MIS and Dashboards for effective tracking and implementation of Key parameters. MOMS of key meetings to be recorded and pushed for implementation Monthly communication from CCO office to be sent to dealership and field team Keeping close track on targets defined. Review the achievement and report back-fortnightly Daily morning and evening reports of offtakes & Retails. Performance analysis of VP's individual KPI's and VP's BSC overseeing the cascade process for relevant functions Data collection & coordination between various functional agencies. Processing NFA's (Note for Approvals) for all critical documents, which come to CCO Maintaining strict governance of the weekly/fortnightly/monthly/quarterly governance forums at Participating, preparing & tracking (MOM) for key reviews and monthly meetings. Ensuring closure of the action points, by scheduling follow-up meetings as per business requirement with stakeholder Prepare MOM for every meeting with VP's direct reportees Send reminders for their updates and execution Ensure completion of the steps taken before the next meeting Plan and schedule monthly meetings with DRs and their teams Timely circulation of MOMS and follow-up to ensure closure as per deadline
