You will be part of a focused and driven team working at the intersection of law, compliance, and technology—contributing to solutions that simplify how businesses manage risk and legal responsibilities.About the RoleWe are looking for a Compliance Manager with strong legal and regulatory research skills and a solid background in corporate compliance. The role involves handling legal compliance-related documentation, research, content creation, regulatory analysis, and updates for our Compliance Management Software. You will be responsible for ensuring legal and regulatory accuracy, preparing compliance checklists, engaging with clients to understand their compliance requirements, and translating regulatory needs into structured workflows within the platform. The position requires strong analytical ability, stakeholder management skills,team management capability , and a good understanding of statutory obligations across industries.Location:Noida, Sector-1 (Work from Office)QualificationBachelor’s degree in Law from a reputed university (mandatory) Company Secretary (CS) qualification is an added advantage, not mandatoryExperience:3–5 years in a similar profileCurrent Role Requirement: Candidate should preferably be working in the compliance department of a corporate. Must have experience in managing a team. Must have experience in client interaction and stakeholder handling.Key ResponsibilitiesLegal Compliance Management, Analysis & Risk AssessmentEnsure compliance with statutory Acts, Rules, Regulations, and industry-specific legal obligations. Conduct compliance assessments through documentation and observation. Identify gaps, perform impact analysis, and facilitate continuous compliance improvement. Research and interpret legislation applicable across industries for content uploads into the compliance software. Create and review compliance checklists for Central/State Acts, Rules, SEBI, Labour, EHS, IT, IPR, Metrology, Warehousing, and others. Regularly track legal updates, categorize them, and ensure changes are reflected in the compliance tool.Client Requirement Gathering & Stakeholder InteractionEngage directly with clients to understand their regulatory environment, operational structure, and compliance needs. Manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact for compliance-related discussions. Gather and analyze client requirements to configure the compliance platform effectively. Act as a compliance consultant by recommending best practices and scalable compliance frameworks. Collaborate with product and technology teams to translate client requirements into system enhancements. Support product demos and provide compliance expertise during client discussions.Team ManagementLead and guide the compliance team to ensure accuracy and timely updates. Allocate tasks, review deliverables, and ensure quality standards are maintained. Provide mentoring and performance feedback to team members.Legal Process & DocumentationMaintain detailed records of compliance checklists, client requirements, and legal updates. Coordinate with internal IT teams for content-related tool changes and enhancements. Conduct periodic Quality Checks (QC) of data and compliance content. Prepare weekly and monthly compliance calendars and legal update reports.Client Implementation & OnboardingLead and support implementation of compliance tools for clients. Provide legal content and analytical support during tool configuration and onboarding. Ensure smooth transition from requirement gathering to deployment with high accuracy.
