You will own post-go-live account management and ensure measurable business impact across loan origination and servicing workflows. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end customer lifecycle for lending accounts Drive platform adoption across LOS, LMS, underwriting, disbursal, and collections workflows Conduct QBRs and stakeholder reviews with senior leadership Identify expansion opportunities and support revenue growth Monitor account health, mitigate churn risks proactively Translate business requirements into scalable product configurations Partner with Product and Implementation for continuous optimization Required Experience 4+ years in Customer Success / Account Management (SaaS preferred) Strong exposure to lending ecosystems (LOS, LMS, digital lending platforms) Experience managing mid-market or enterprise fintech clients Solid understanding of loan origination lifecycle and collections processes Ability to engage CXOs, Ops Heads, and Tech stakeholders Data-driven approach to performance metrics and reporting Success Metrics Account retention and NPS Product adoption depth Expansion revenue Zero unplanned churn
