What you’ll doHospital requirement gathering:Meet hospital stakeholders (doctors, admin, front desk, billing, pharmacy, lab) to capture workflows, gaps, and constraints. Translate to product execution:Convert insights into clear product requirements - PRDs, user stories, process maps, wireframes, and acceptance criteria. Engineering coordination:Work closely with engineers to plan sprints, clarify requirements, unblock execution, and ensure on-time delivery. Release ownership:Manage releases end-to-end - QA coordination, UAT with hospitals, rollout, training notes, and post-launch feedback loops. Prioritization & roadmap:Prioritize features based on impact, effort, urgency, and customer value; maintain a living roadmap. Metrics & adoption:Track usage and outcomes (turnaround time, errors, drop-offs, satisfaction) and iterate based on data + feedback.
