We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior R&D Chemist to support organic synthesis and product development activities in a dynamic laboratory environment. The role involves assisting in lab-scale reactions, purification processes, and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with GMP and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have strong fundamentals in organic chemistry, hands-on laboratory experience, and a keen interest in process development and scale-up. Exposure to cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or fine chemical research will be an added advantage.Job Responsibilities: Assist inorganic synthesisof cosmetic ingredients. SupportR&D experiments, lab-scale reactions, and optimization Performraw material handling, weighing, and reaction monitoring Maintainlab records, batch sheets, and SOP documentation Assist inpurification techniques(filtration, extraction, drying, crystallization) Basic handling ofanalytical tools(TLC, pH, melting point, UV if required) Followlab safety, GMP, and cleanliness standardsRequired Skills: M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry Minimum 5 years experience in any RND lab Strong fundamentals inorganic chemistry Basic laboratory skills and chemical handling Willingness to learnprocess development and scale-up Good observation and documentation skills Discipline and safety awareness Experience inpharma / fine chemical R&D is a plus Exposure topeptides, actives, or specialty chemicals is a plus
